Our activity of shipping agents started in 1985 upon request of clients to have a professional staff dedicated to a 'Whole service' and complete assistance in their vessels port calls.

Working with our personnel staff in the ports of Ravenna and Venice, and through a selected network of branches and sub-agencies, we are present in the main Italian ports and each stage of work is carefully checked by our ‘main office' of Ravenna, in order to assist the vessel with a centralised management and supplying information in real time.

We guarantee our customers thanks to a highly qualified company staff the best possible service in addition to a timely commitment 24 hours a day.

An advanced data processing EDP system and a sophisticated network of peripheral units located in the ports of Ravenna, Venice and in all major ports enable us to manage in real time all the formalities to be effected for the vessels assisted by us.

Through the highly qualified professionals of our Customs Department we offer a wide range of services in this field: from the preliminary phase where consultation is provided to determine feasibility and better approach of customs operations (even in terms of documentation), all the way through to full assistance in practical implementation at all major Customs-houses.
